These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Optrix TMS platform ("Service") provided by Optrix TMS ("we", "us"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms. The Service is intended for business use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period. Your data will be retained during this period.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making material changes to the Free plan.
You retain all ownership of data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim any rights to your operational data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Each tenant's data is stored in an isolated database. We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no system is completely immune to security risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control including hosting provider outages, DNS failures, or force majeure events.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optrix TMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
